Tony’s passion is unstoppable! Years ago, he transformed a dull spot into a lively sports bar, grill, and event center that’s now open five days a week to the public. The other two days? Reserved for private events, business meetings, or continued education—making every corner of the space buzz with energy year-round. Inspired by his uncle’s restaurant in Mankato, where he started working at age 12, Tony mastered the restaurant biz early. With a degree from MSU and training in NYC, plus experience as a Chief Executive Chef, he crafts delicious menu items and nurtures the community. From wedding receptions to retirement parties and award banquets, celebrations of life. Tony’s hands-on approach shines. You’ll always spot him smiling, chatting with guests, and working the bar alongside his team, making every visit unforgettable!
